Teachers’ Day Celebration and Commendation Ceremony
On the afternoon of Sep 10, 2014, the 30th Teachers’ Day Celebration and Commendation Ceremony were held in SHU library auditorium. Over 400 university management personnel, representatives of staff and students attended the celebration.
On the afternoon of Sep 10, 2014, the 30th Teachers’ Day Celebration and Commendation Ceremony were held in SHU library auditorium. Over 400 university management personnel, representatives of staff and students attended the celebration.
The celebration started with a special gift from students – a poetry reading to show their appreciation to the teachers. Then university leaders and academicians presented award to the representatives of prize winners.
Vice President Prof. Ye Zhiming, foreign teacher Ms. Rose Oliver and other prize winners delivered inspiration speech to share their experience with the attendees. At last SHU President Luo Hongjie expressed his good wish to all the teachers and staff in SHU, and addressed university targets and objective in school year 2014-2015.
